FAQsAre you a franchise? No. Eagle Enterprises Ltd. has been privately owned and operated for over 18 years, and our owner has over 35 years of experience in the janitorial industry. What areas do you service? We service all of metro Milwaukee, as far west as Oconomowoc, north to Germantown and south to Oak Creek. What types of buildings do you service? Commercial office space, light industrial, schools and churches. How many employees do you have? 175. Are you insured? Yes. Eagle Enterprises Ltd. carries a full compliment of insurance. Will a manager be inspecting my building? We have multi-tiered inspection process to ensure that your building stays looking exceptional. There is a full-time customer service representative who performs daytime inspections up to weekly in your facility. In addition, there is a night area manager, as well as an operations manager, performing random inspections and providing instruction/support to the cleaners in your building. These inspections are also done a minimum of monthly. What happens if my cleaner calls in sick? Eagle Enterprises Ltd. uses a computerized time keeping system. If your cleaner is sick, or does not come in, the computer automatically pages the area manager, and the manager is able to dispatch a fill-in cleaner.
