With more than 30 years in the biz, Rick Gottheardt set out to establish Eagle Enterprises Ltd. in 1992 with one singular goal in mind: Always put the customer and the quality of the clean FIRST. After having worked his way up from Cleaner to President at local companies, Rick noticed that quality cleaning and dependable service were being sacrificed for continued growth and profit gain.
Eagle was founded with the intention of growing relationships over transactions and we take pride in our ability to build long-lasting, valuable partnerships with our clients.
In 2008, Eagle Enterprises Ltd. became a part of the family when leadership transitioned over to Rick’s daughter, Amy Gottheardt-Muench. Amy continued the legacy that her father left behind with her commitment to unparalleled customer service. Eagle Enterprises’s ultimate commitment was to provide each and every customer with the best commercial cleaning services available in Southeastern, Wisconsin. That core belief, that long term partnerships are vital for maintaining a superior business relationship with our customers, continues today at 4M Building Solutions.
